Bradley Bridges, LMSW, brings extensive experience to the field through counseling, consultation, training, and evaluations. Brad received his Bachelor's Degree (2001) and MSW (2005) from Grand Valley State University. Brad has worked in residential treatment, conducted in-home therapy, and served as an outpatient therapist and clinical director for a group therapy practice for over 15 years. He has also conducted numerous trainings and presentations for professionals and the community on various topics related to mental health.
Brad has expertise with several populations and treatment approaches. He co-authored The Complexity of Autism Spectrum Disorders in 2018 and provides individual and group therapy, parent education, and professional training to promote understanding and support for individuals with autism spectrum disorders. Additionally, Brad works with many families to address obsessive behaviors related to technology and video games. He also supports clients with experiences related to identity, sexual orientation, and relationships. Brad works closely with court systems throughout Michigan, providing valuable insights into mental health, conducting comprehensive evaluations for defendants, and developing rehabilitation programs.
Brad's passion lies in working with individuals, families, professionals, and the community to better understand and improve mental health, particularly in situations where previous attempts to address mental health issues have been unsuccessful. Brad strives to provide a fresh perspective and hope in complex circumstances, building strong relationships with clients and providing unconditional positive regard. He combines evidence-based practices with innovative solutions to improve mental health for individuals and the community as a whole.
Darius Randall is a highly respected professional with over two decades of experience in counseling and consulting services. He joined as a partner at Fresh Sands Counseling and Consulting Services in 2024. Darius holds a Bachelor's Degree from Hope College (1999) and a Master’s of Social Work Degree from Grand Valley State University (2004). Throughout his career, Darius has demonstrated, through specialized services, a strong commitment to enhancing the well-being of individuals and families.
His extensive background includes providing home-based services for child abuse prevention, in-home therapy for emotional and behavioral challenges, and hospital case management with a focus on discharge planning. In his recent role, Darius offered individual psychotherapy at a neurological medical clinic, making a significant impact on those he served.
Driven by a deep passion for making a positive difference, Darius believes in creating a compassionate environment that empowers individuals to embrace their true selves and make choices that support personal growth. His holistic approach to counseling is grounded in the belief that building genuine connections, promoting self-determination, and education to improve self-awareness are vital for lasting transformation and growth.
Darius specializes in treating PTSD, grief, depression, and anxiety, as well as providing support to individuals managing complex medical conditions. He is particularly interested in guiding healthcare professionals, skilled professionals, leaders, and individuals through various challenges. Darius also actively engages in facilitating support groups, leading discussions on social issues, and providing a listening ear to those in need.
His advocacy for social justice extends beyond the workplace to community leadership. By blending evidence-based techniques with empathy and touches of occasional humor, Darius walks alongside individuals on their healing journey with compassion and expertise.
